Life continues to be weird.
It's so rainy this weekend...
The internet has been strangely quiet. At first, I thought it was just journal sites being silent as everyone seems to be jumping over to Dreamwidth (everyone but me, that is). However, it's apparently even been quiet over there. I guess the internet just chose this weekend as its designated downtime.
In offline news, I start my research on the 18th, and my 2nd project sometime after memorial day. I'm looking forward to it, to say the least.
Furniture shopping is so much fun, for whatever reason. Only downside is getting it all from the store to the car, and then from the car up the four flights of steps to my new room. It will be interesting to get it all up there, to say the least.
The new Star Trek movie is amazing. No, I don't plan to spam this journal with a review. Sorry folks~ Just take it from me: it's really freaking amazing and everyone should go see it, Trekkie or no.
